THE SPACE

The Villa is a newly decorated, modern, and spacious open plan house nestled amongst beautiful tropical gardens on a 3-acre gated shared plot. Upon entering the property, you are greeted with a large bright downstairs living space. The cozy lounge includes a sofa, TV with Netflix, WIFI, and a dining/seating area. The kitchen includes all appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible including a electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine. A welcome package is provided upon arrival, so you don’t have to worry about running to the shops on your first night and after a long flight! The patio doors open onto a peaceful seating area. Upstairs leads to the light and airy master bedroom and en-suite bathroom with built-in wardrobes, draw space, double bed, air conditioning, and a private balcony perfect for evening sundowners. Connected is the large open en-suite bathroom with a free-standing centrepiece bath, his and hers sinks, shower and toilet. High-quality linens and towels are provided and changed every 7 days.

GUEST ACCESS

The Villa is a self-contained, private semi-detached house in its own space with a private fenced garden. It is located on our beautiful 3-acre plot surrounded only by cane fields consisting of the main house where we live, The cottage which is another short-term rental property and extensive shared tropical gardens and pool. Your welcome to have full access to the grounds and pool area. We do have multiple (but very friendly) dogs and cats around the property, but they do not have access to your private space or garden area as it is fenced. We do advise to keep all gates and doors are closed behind you as we do have one naughty dog who is a bit of a shoe thief!
